Australian Defence Force - process of influencing others in order to gain their willing consent in the ethical pursuit of missions.
U.S Army - Leadership is the process of influencing people by providing purpose, direction, and motivation while operating to accomplish the mission and improving the organisation.
Canadian Forces - Leadership may be defined as directly or indirectly influencing others, by means of formal authority or personal attributes, to act in accordance with one's intent or a shared purpose.
Singapore Armed Forces - Leadership is defined as a process of influencing people to accomplish the mission, inspiring their commitment and improving the organisation.

Why did I do this?
