It is important that we first understand "Leadership" before we explore further...
Leadership to me is...
Leadership is much like the words democracy, love and peace. Although each of us intuitively knows what he or she means by such words, the words can have different meanings for different people. As soon as we try to define leadership, we immediately discover that leadership has many different meanings.
Leadership is about influencing people in situations to accomplish outcomes and purposes in a certain context.
- trying to achieve objectives or outcomes and purposes in a certain context (including mission or task, organisational or cultural, time pressure or stress, etc.)

Why did I do this?
1) Start off with a team game with some music then a discussion question and video which are out of the norm. It gets people moving, laughing and interacting.
2) Make the team game and discussion question a bit challenging (RIGOR) to get people to start thinking and questioning their previous understanding.
3) Don't forget to explain the RELEVANCE of Leadership in everyday context and of the game to your lesson.
4) It helps to forge RELATIONSHIP among themselves and with you.
