What is this blog about?

The purpose of this blog is to provide you with resources and bring you through how you can conduct a lesson to have a general idea in the following areas,

1) Leadership

2) Military Leadership

3) SAF Leadership Framework


The general guide that I have taken in developing the lesson is as follows,

1) Make sure to explain the RELEVANCE to what you are teaching.

2) Make sure you set the RELATIONSHIP with the audience right.

3) Should also have RIGOR, make it challenging....cause deep down, people love challenges.


Also, for better learning to take place, these are the five things which you need to take note to simulate the brain....

1) Movement - Try to have some activities that involve movement

2) Music - Try to play something that suits the activity and environment

3) Social Activity - Try to have an activity to interact with each other

4) Novelty - Try to do something to wake the brain up

5) Laughter - Try to make sure that there is laughter in your class


After every lesson, I will provide you with my considerations on the factors which are stated above and how I have tried to incorporate them in the lesson.
